Deposit
We would require a non refundable deposit of 10% to secure the booking, the balance paid 30 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation
We strongly recommend holiday insurance. This is particularly important should you be prevented from travelling for any reason. Please ensure that the chosen policy covers all forms of travel delay, including adverse weather conditions when travelling within the UK.
If you need to cancel the booking after the balance is paid, we will endeavour to re-let the accommodation. However if this is not possoble you will still be liable for the whole booking.
